3 sessions over one month. We will work together on any issues you would like to bring with a special focus on "Who you are," "What Fuels You," and “Living in your strengths” over three 50-minute sessions. You may email me up to twice a week with updates and progress check-in. Payment in full before the first meeting.

Re-frame Re-focus

10 sessions over 3 months. We will work together on any issues you choose to bring and design a custom course to focus on your goals. We will take a deep dive into who you are, define your goals and strengths, address any roadblocks and develop a plan to get your life on track toward the bright and successful future that you crave and deserve. In addition to each 50-minute session, you can email or text me through the week, and schedule up to 4 check-in calls (10 Minutes each). Payment may be made in full or divided into 2 installments.

Journey in Grief

A four month 8 session path designed around your specific situation to help you process your loss (loved one, pet, job, marriage, etc) and help you in discovering tools to assist you with your journey.

We Are Getting Married

Free half-hour consultation to introduce ourselves, break the ice, and discuss your dreams for your wedding. 4 sessions of coaching, counseling and consulting to assess compatibility and explore future marital strategies to get your marriage off to a stellar start. I can also officiate your special day.



PROGRESS
If for any reason you feel the need to change our agreement, my request is that we design a time period during which we will look at the issue(s) and create a mutual resolution that honors you as the client and me as the coach.

CONFIDENTIALITY
All information discussed and/or shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential (unless required by law). There are times when information that is shared may be specific and explicitly personal. Your willingness to be so truthful will be treated with ultimate respect and is vital to helping you get the most from the coaching relationship.
